My new house is the most new one in my entire community.
It has all the newest technology with all new appliances in addition to every kind of HVAC device you could ever need.
The house has a immense rooftop HVAC system with central a/c connected to it. That same device has a super heating system in it to power the furnace system in the winter. The HVAC device is connected to the best quality air duct that is installed perfectly. I also installed a brand new window a/c in my kitchen because I like my room to be nice in addition to cool. I have a small space heating system light installed in my bathroom right over the mirror so when I step out of the shower in the morning I’m not cold. I also got installed a heated flooring system throughout my entire house to keep my feet sizzling in winter season months. All of these HVAC systems are connected to my smart thermometer that I can control on my phone, and while my house is awesome in addition to I honestly cherish it, it can be honestly lavish to use all of my heating in addition to cooling systems at once.
