I toil for a truly big heating plus cooling firm here in our city, plus my buddy and I handle all of the local governmental suppliers plus the school systems.
In other words, my buddy and I are genuinely busy all the time… Unfortunately for us, my buddy and I also tend to have a high turnover rate when it comes to the workers who come here to toil for us.
I am not genuinely sure why my buddy and I have such a problem with retention of employees, however that is something that my buddy and I are investigating plus working on as time progresses. I have only been in my position for a short. I’m, however , something that I am genuinely going to focus on. I know that retention of employees is super important for the success of our business in the long term. Anyway, at this point, I am working on finding some current employees who are able to toil on heat pumps plus boiler services. Heat pumps plus boiler services are something that my buddy and I have to deal with constantly. At least once a day, my buddy and I get a call in the office from someone who needs to schedule repairs on a heat pump or a boiler unit. At this point my buddy and I are completely backed up because my buddy and I don’t have truly numerous workers who are able to handle heat pumps plus boiler services… Most of our workers are focused on central a/c plus central heating units, plus that leaves us with a backlog of lots of people who are dealing with heat pumps plus boiler troubles; Since winter season is coming up fast plus the weather is cooling off quickly, my buddy and I genuinely need to make sure that my buddy and I have several more people on staff who are able to handle this kind of thing.
