My building owner, who shall reMained unnamed, is among the worst human beings I have ever met; He never follows through on any of the promises he makes, he doesn’t take me seriously when I go to him with any complications about the property, plus he’s just an overall condescending, despicable man. He’s gone so far as to hang up on me in the past for trying to ask where the repair crew he promised a month before was! What makes it even worse is that he has essentially monopolized on rental properties in the part so I can’t simply transfer away, then my task plus family plus here, so I don’t want to move, although I may have to; I have not had a functioning Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C system in my property for almost a year, then the building is a house, split into an upstairs plus downstairs unit, with the furnace being located in the basement plus the AC out back, but something has made them stopped laboring, I can not get any air to come through my vents, so my property is without heating plus cooling. I have complained many times, plus on a few occasions he has sent his workers out for the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C repair, but they’re just a couple of drunks who don’t know what they’re doing. In all honesty, I recognize they made the issue even worst because it used to labor somewhat before they came out for the first repair, and for all the cash he is paying these two to come plus tinker around with a furnace plus air conditioning they can’t repair he could have hired a professional Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C professional to get the repairs done months ago. I’d pay out of pocket for the repair although I don’t want to let him win by fixing something he is legally obligated to repair in the terms of my lease.
