My building owner, who shall reMained unnamed, is among the worst human beings I have ever met, but he never follows through on any of the promises he makes, he doesn’t take me seriously when I go to him with any concerns about the property, in addition to he’s just an overall condescending, despicable man. He’s gone so far as to hang up on me in the past for trying to ask where the service crew he promised a month before was! What makes it even worse is that he has essentially monopolized on rental properties in the part so I can’t simply transport away; My job in addition to family in addition to here, so I don’t want to move, but I may have to. I have not had a functioning HVAC system in my condo for almost a year! The building is a house, split into an upstairs in addition to downstairs unit, with the furnace being located in the basement in addition to the A/C out back… Something has made them stopped laboring, I can not get any air to come through my vents, so my house is without heating in addition to cooling. I have complained more than 2 times, in addition to on a few opportunities he has sent his workers out for the HVAC repair, however they’re just a couple of drunks who don’t know what they’re doing. In all honesty, I feel they made the issue even worst because it used to work somewhat before they came out for the first repair, then for all the money he is paying these two to come in addition to tinker around with a furnace in addition to a/c they can’t service he could have hired a professional HVAC worker to get the repairs done months ago. I’d pay out of pocket for the service but I don’t want to let him win by fixing something he is legally obligated to service in the terms of my lease.
