My landlord, who shall reMEd unnamed, is among the worst human beings I have ever met! She never follows through on any of the promises she makes, she doesn’t take me seriously when I go to him with any concerns about the property, plus he’s just an overall condescending, despicable woman He’s gone so far as to hang up on me in the past for trying to ask where the maintenance crew she promised a month before was! What makes it even worse is that she has essentially monopolized on rental properties in the part so I can’t simply transport away! My task plus family plus here, so I don’t want to move, however I may have to, then i have not had a functioning Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C system in my condo for almost a year, and the building is a house, split into an upstairs plus downstairs unit, with the boiler being located in the basement plus the AC out back, however something has made them stopped working, I can not get any air to come through my vents, so my household is without heating plus cooling.
- I have complained multiple times, plus on a few chances she has sent her workers out for the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C repair, but they’re just a couple of drunks who don’t know what they’re doing.
In all honesty, I think they made the issue even worst because it used to labor somewhat before they came out for the first repair. For all the money she is paying these two to come plus tinker around with a boiler plus cooling system they can’t maintenance she could have hired a professional Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C worker to get the repairs done months ago. I’d pay out of pocket for the maintenance however I don’t want to let him win by fixing something she is legally obligated to maintenance in the terms of my lease.
