You never know what you’re going to wind up with when you move to a new city.
There is a very good chance that you will accidentally choose the wrong part of town if you don’t have a local guide to show you the ins and outs of every particular space. This is why I was very nervous to relocate to a new city without knowing anybody there already. I thought that I got a good read on the neighborhood when I was researching local home buying options, but it turns out that I chose the best residence possible! In fact, I happened to move into a neighborhood with a bunch of local tradesmen as neighbors. Because there is a major housing contractor right around the corner, I am surrounded by electricians, plumbers, and heating and cooling technicians. Thanks to their expertise, I have never had such an amazing indoor environment before in my life. Every time I have a question about my indoor air handling devices I just need to knock on my neighbor’s door. My neighbor is a professional heating, cooling, and ventilation specialists who works in commercial and residential air quality control. He has seen every kind of air conditioning system and heating implement that you could imagine. If I have any concerns with my indoor air quality or temperature control I have a resource located only a few feet away. Since I’ve moved here I haven’t had to call the professional heating and cooling repair shop a single time and my energy bills have been amazingly low. Moving can be scary, but falling into a neighborhood of skilled trade workers makes the transition a lot easier.
