Trying to finish HVAC classes online, my own system is the guinea

Periodically I wish that I had not gone back to school.

I knew that my old job wasn’t suiting me anymore so I thought it would be best to change lanes a while ago. However, it has been a hard point in time for me to complete this latest certification. I thought that it would be smart & self-explanatory to obtain a technical degree from my local trade school. When I heard that they had an 18-month certification for heating & cooling professional, I very thought that this was my best. I’ve typically appreciated all aspects of indoor air quality control. I’ve also been told that I have a very mechanical mind. I thought it would be self-explanatory to learn how air conditioning units & forced air boilers work. After that, I would be set with a steady paycheck & pricey expert. In reality things have not been quite so self-explanatory. Although I was able to attend heating & cooling courses for several months, once the pandemic began it was a lot more hard to finish up my heating & cooling certification. Because my buddy and I could not meet in real life it was hard to get enough experience practicing with problemshooting, replacement, & air conditioning repair. The only choice was using my own central heating & cooling system to get the experience that I needed! Unluckyly, my boiler & air conditioning unit went through a lot. When you’re purposely cutting your own air handling devices to repair them as an amateur, you can imagine the wear & tear on your own heating & cooling system. I might complete my heating & cooling certification, however I willneed to invest in all modern HVAC equipment.
