Although some of us live in very messy houses, I suppose my buddy and I can agree that my buddy and I would all like to live in a dwelling that is clean.
I mean I would cherish to live in a dwelling where someone cleans for me all of the time.
The only way my buddy and I can have this easily is by having an Heating as well as A/C system. The Heating as well as A/C system put air into our dwelling at whatever temperature my buddy and I would like. The best part is that it is not putting dirty or contaminated air into our homes. The air is fairly wash as much as it can be. The system cleans the air with something called an air filter. This air filter is what traps all of the dirt and junk that tried to come into your home. There are unusual filters you can buy. Every filter comes with a MERV rating. This rating is the minimum efficiency reporting value. It depends on the thickness that you would like your filter to have. In hospitals where the air is usually pretty sterile has a very high MERV rating. You will not find these thick filters in homes like that. The thicker the filter, the more stuff it can catch before it goes into your home. This is what helps to keep the air in your dwelling wash as possible. Of course there can be other things such as bacteria, germs and pollutants that can enter your dwelling that do not get caught in the filter. The can be taken care of with an air cleaner. The air cleaner gets rid of all of the things that the filter cannot catch. It makes for a wash and comfortable home.
