When I graduated from private school, I knew that I did not want to follow the traditional route of continuing on to school.
I was never a strong academic student, so I knew that I needed to find something else to launch my work.
I consistently assumed that I would end up going to cosmetology school, but, instead, I ended up registering in trade school. When I toured the adult education center, the Heating plus A/C program surprised me. I was so intrigued at all of the possibilities involved in this training. I also found it exciting that I could possibly do my own heating plus cooling repairs in the near future. The entire program was only six months long, so if I did not particularally care about it, then I would at least have learned some current skills. I registered right after my tour of the facilities! On the night before my first afternoon of Heating plus A/C training, I was so excited that I could barely sleep. They did a easily broad overview of the entire program that afternoon, but they did mention some fascinating information. For example, I would be learning what types of shapes of sheet metal make the best boilers! I had no idea that the shape of the metal affected how well the boiler runs. Apparently, if the metal is break properly, the boiler should not be making any noises while running. When I learn how to service this, I will be fixing this noise problem in my own home! I have a superb feeling that I am going to care about the rest of this training.
