My new house is the most modern one in my entire community.
It has all the newest technology with all new appliances and every kind of HVAC unit you could ever need. The house has a huge rooftop HVAC system with central air conditioning connected to it. That same unit has a super heater in it to power the furnace system in the winter. The HVAC unit is connected to the best quality ductwork that is installed perfectly. I also installed a brand new window air conditioner in my bedroom because I like my room to be nice and cool. I have a small space heater light installed in my bathroom right over the mirror so when I step out of the shower in the morning I’m not cold. I also got installed a heated flooring system throughout my entire house to keep my feet warm in winter months. All of these HVAC systems are connected to my smart thermometer that I can control on my phone. While my home is awesome and I really enjoy it, it can be really expensive to use all of my heating and cooling systems at once. What’s even more expensive is the monthly inspection I schedule. I want to make sure all my HVAC systems are primed and ready to use at any time so I have them inspected several times a year. While this may not seem like the most efficient way to live, I know what I like and how I like it so to me my heating and cooling systems are perfect.
