Our lease is going to be up at the end of the month, so we are looking for a new place to live. The location of our current house is awesome, however, the house lacks space for storage. Another thing that is lacking in our current house is a large kitchen. I love to cook and I spend a lot of time in the kitchen cooking and would like to find a place with an open floor concept that allows me to interact with the family while I cook. The ideal home would also include central heating and air. Our current house lacks that and has window unit air conditioners and used space heaters as the main source of heating. In the off-chance that we find the perfect house with plenty of storage and a dream kitchen, I would be willing to settle for window unit air conditioners and space heaters again. The region in which I live gets very warm in the summer months. During the winter months, there might only be one or two cold nights that require space heaters. There is only one major problem with the space heaters as the main source of heating, and that is the safety feature of them. Everyone tells you how dangerous it is to use space heaters to heat your house. With pets and children around, this is not the most ideal source of heating. I would like to find a place with central heating and air conditioning along with more space and a large kitchen.
