Just this past weekend my woman & I decided to go to her siblings university to meet up & have dinner. Her sibling is in her junior year of university & she seems like she has liking it so much better than when she did in the beginning. Now she has entirely close friends & they all live together in a small town house. This townhome is absolutely roomy & nice especially for university housing. When I had a university town home there it was no larger than three good size family rooms put together. Her townhome is absolutely sizable & it is two stories. It was my first time there so she gave me a tour of her townhouse. When she showed me her room I looked up & saw that her Heating & Air Conditioning machine was installed into the ceiling. I thought that was entirely cool & I have never seen that kind of Heating & Air Conditioning system installed like that before. She even had access to her own thermostat in her room. This allowed her to change the the temperature depending on what it was like outside & how she was feeling. Her other three roommates had the same exact thing in their room. I thought it was absolutely convenient & absolutely accessible considering the fact that the townhome that I lived in there was only one thermostat & that controlled the entire townhome not just single rooms. The housing that I lived in should at least had some kind of zone control because my roommates & I would argument over what temperature we should set the thermostat to.
