Weird odor in home, due to blower motor

My children like to make fun of me because I am a disinfect freak.

I know that living in a disinfect dwelling allows for better air quality, a more organized & stress-free dwelling as well.

I was brought up the same way as my parents told me to always keep my room disinfect & I always had to help with cleaning the condo on the weekends. I am trying to teach my children the same & relaying the message that a disinfect dwelling can minimize allergens & illnesses. We do have a cat & periodically she does stink so my pal and I try to at least bathe her every few weeks. The other day she came into my dwelling & something smelt easily bad. It wasn’t from our cat, & it wasn’t from a dirty home. It was an electrical smell. I went to my Heating, Ventilation, & A/C system because the smell was originating from there. It’s not like it was my blower motor & it did not even sound like it was running. I thought this was a very extreme issue & so I called my Heating, Ventilation, & A/C serviceman instantly incase something electrical would catch on fire. The Heating, Ventilation, & A/C serviceman arrived to my dwelling & opened up the door of the blower motor. The bearings of the blower motor seized up causing it to make an electrical smell. He also checked all the electrical wiring to make sure that there was no loose electrical fastenions. Luckily there wasn’t so this made the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C serviceman’s job a little easier! After some tinkering on the barings & blower motor, my Heating, Ventilation, & A/C system was great as new again.
