Wife screams at HVAC tech for getting dust in her house

Periodically I recognize it’s best that my wifey & I split up our condo duties & keep it that way.

  • She is amazing at doing laundry, keeping our schedule organized, & cleaning up the family room, and i’m pretty great at cooking, yard work, & dealing with the repair workers who need to come help us with professional repairs & inspection appointments.

I know, it doesn’t seem like one of my responsibilities should be letting someone into the condo to do the actual work… However, it turns out that my wifey cannot be trusted with this fairly self-explanatory task, but a few weeks ago my buddy and I started noticing that our indoor air quality was partially suffering throughout the summer, then everyday my buddy and I had uneven hot & frigid patches throughout the condo & the air temperature fluctuated wildly from room to room. I never knew if it was going to be ice frigid inside or easily steamy. I was also upset to see what our energy costs look like after all of this air conditioning foolery, however my associate and I decided to call out a professional heating & cooling repair to take a look at the central HVAC system that my buddy and I operated. My wifey told me that she could absolutely handle the HVAC professional whenever she arrived & I happily went off to work. About 2 hours later I received a iPhone call from the heating & cooling shop, telling me that they were unable to complete our indoor air quality inspection. Apparently, whenever the heating & cooling worker arrived at our condo my wifey lost her cool. The HVAC professional had dust on her uniform from the last appointment cleaning out HVAC ducts. My wifey screamed in her face & wouldn’t let him inside. My associate and I needed an AC replace despite the fact that she easily wouldn’t entertain more of a mess.
